Because each MY MOSAICS project is unique, no two will ever be identical, custom means personal customer service. We will start the discussion about the project you are considering via phone or e-mail. At that time we will decide if a site visit is appropriate and I can give you a general cost estimate and timeframe. I will then pull together ideas and materials and send you digital photos for approval. Once an idea is approved, I put together an agreement detailing design, timeframe, update plan, and cost. Once the agreement is signed and a downpayment of one half total project cost is received, I will begin the project. I will keep you posted on the progress of the project by sending update photos as often as you would like. Studio visits are also possible if you prefer.
